A FOOD waste scheme piloted by Sodexo at the University of Bradford last week is now being rolled out at six universities served by Sodexo.
The LeanPath software system monitors and tracks food that has not been sold, known as pre-consumer waste. This allows it to indentify a site’s 10 most wasted food items. Action can them taken to reduce future waste and save money, with LeanPath able to held cut pre-consumer waste by 50%.
