The 2021 Index identifies key trends and opportunities to help foodservice leaders build their business sustainability, develop a responsive strategy and benchmark good practice.
The research comprises in-depth, semi structured interviews and a detailed online survey with industry experts and sector thought-leaders, as well as comment and insights gathered from other opinion leaders linked to the industry.
The pandemic has altered the industry’s approach to sustainability and finds that whilst pure survival has been a necessary focus for many, the enforced break from the norm has also created unique opportunities and demonstrated the power of agile management and bold action.
