Company Culture Transformation Awards

Corporate service providers have shown extraordinary resilience adapting to new working patterns and client demands. National news outlets were more preoccupied with the high street during the Covid-crisis, whilst an all-together different plight was unfolding in business and industry resulting in a significant cultural shift in operations.

Despite the initial devastation, it has been striking how the tone throughout the crisis was not one of despair, but of cautious optimism, whilst corporate service providers navigated thenew normal. Many would argue that the crisis has accelerated an inevitable shift in modus operandi that otherwise would have taken years. This innovative and valiant resourcefulness has resulted in scalable, flexible and agile solutions that have been adapted successfully in a display of unprecedented versatility.

Company culture transformation will be one of the biggest issues in business and industry for a considerable time to come; not just whilst corporate services adapt to the new different, but whilst the sector pioneers and increases penetration of the work force in buildings.

The Company Culture Transformation Awards is a platform for corporate service providers – be that contract caterers or facilities management – to put forward their initiatives in partnership with their corporate clients. Areas of focus are catering and food services, cleaning and environmental services, maintenance, health, security, waste and IT.

The service provider enters on behalf of their corporate client. It is the corporate client that receives the recognition in association with its respective service provider. Each service provider is allowed to submit entries on behalf of multiple clients. Entries are open to any service provider be that white or blue collar.

The Company Culture Transformation Awards exist to recognise and promote excellence, to break down competitive barriers and to serve as a lighthouse for the corporate services sector as a whole.
