Foodservice Footprint were the first to interview Tracey Rogers, Managing Director, Unilever Food Solutions UK and Ireland, at the launch of their “United Against Waste” programme: a coalition of partners – Foodservice Footprint being one of them – dedicated to reducing food and packaging waste across the sector.
