Following on from the success of TL&I 2012, the essential event for innovators and providers of new technologies and products, will be taking place again in April in 2013. The partnering session will allow you to spend pre-booked time with buyers and influencers from across the foodservice supply chain.
Taking the randomness out of an exhibition format:
The agenda, featuring a mix of presentations and Q&A panels from thought leaders on a main stage, is built around 2 Partnering Sessions where delegates and innovators will hold pre-booked appointments.
Using an unique online tool, Footprint Forum will ensure Innovators have at least 5 x 8 minute appointments booked with delegates leaving a further 5 discretionary appointment opportunities for delegates and partners to book directly.
Innovators will be allocated a Partnering Point and be able to display a self standing banner (2m high by 1m wide) and such product as can be displayed on a banqueting table the table. So no requirement to build a stand, but using a laptop and access to the internet present product concepts and information.
Next steps Innovators Package includes:
Up to 10 appointments with leading foodservice influencers
Contact Point (or Partnering Point for appointments including wifi connection)
Access to online appointment booking system and direct access to registered delegates to schedule discretionary meetings
Attendance of 2 people per Innovator
Inclusion in follow-up communication to all delegates with Innovator contact details

Medium business (Turnover £0.5m 5m) - £850 +VAT
